The gardens and pool at Casa de Olivos are at the heart of the experience. Set within ancient olive groves in the countryside near Vinaròs and the Costa del Azahar, they offer the space, privacy, and freedom of a large private villa, combined with thoughtful hosting, sustainability, and daily care.
Completely secluded and not overlooked by neighbouring properties, the gardens provide a rare sense of calm — away from crowds and distractions. Many guests describe the pool and gardens as a
peaceful oasis hidden among the olive trees, with open countryside and mountain views stretching into the distance.

The Salt-Water Pool with Mountain Views
The large salt-water pool, with four sun loungers, sits at the centre of the gardens, framed by olive trees and open mountain views across the surrounding valley. From early morning swims to late afternoon lounging, the pool area invites guests to slow down and stay awhile.
Each morning, the pool terrace is reset and the pool cleaned, so guests wake to a calm, welcoming space — a small but meaningful luxury compared to a self-managed villa stay.
Private Garden Pods – Space for Two
Set within the pool terrace gardens are three individual garden pods, each designed for two guests and offering their own sense of privacy and comfort:
- A four-poster daybed pod for shaded relaxation and quiet afternoons
- A soft-seating lounge pod, perfectly positioned to enjoy long views across the valley and surrounding mountains
- A rocking sun-lounger pod, ideal for gentle movement, reading, or simply drifting off in the warmth. This secluded pod is also ideal for mediation and yoga using the mats supplied in the apartments.
These pods allow guests to enjoy the gardens together while still having moments of personal space — another reason the outdoor areas feel calm rather than busy.
La Percha – Our Outdoor Room with a View
La Percha is a much-loved feature of Casa de Olivos — a unique “room outside” set above the gardens with uninterrupted mountain views.
It’s a favourite spot for:
- Romantic sunset drinks
- Quiet reflection
- Watching the changing light over the hills
As the day fades, La Percha naturally becomes a gathering place, offering some of the most memorable moments of a stay.
Outdoor Living, the Spanish Way
Outdoor cooking and socialising are central to life here.
- A well-equipped outdoor BBQ and kitchen area is a consistent guest favourite
- Many guests enjoy embracing Spanish traditions by cooking paella over an open fire using olive wood

Opening May 2026 – Casa de Olivos Club Sevillenca
From May 2026, we will introduce Casa de Olivos Club Sevillenca, a new pergola space designed to enhance outdoor living throughout the day and into the evening.
Located on the pool terrace and adjoining the outdoor kitchen, this generous pergola will include:
- Comfortable lounge seating
- Alfresco dining tables and chairs
- A covered roof during the summer months
- Decorative lighting to create a relaxed lounge-bar atmosphere at night
