L'estanquer Wine Tasting

An oenological experience, where you will be able to taste wines in a centennial cellar.
This vineyard is located in the municipality of Canet Lo Roig, expanding over 4 hectares. L'estanquer work with about nine different grape varieties from different origins. The majority are Mediterranean varieties, such as Garnacha or Macabeo. Producing wines sustainably, with pronounced Mediterranean identity, with character, structure and salinity. Wines where you’ll find the taste of El Maestrat.

Olive Harvest Experience

If you’ve ever wondered how olive oil is made, this experience is for you. Take part in the Casa de Olivos olive harvest on our own organic groves. Take the harvest to the local mill ready for pressing, and collect your very own bottle of Casa de Olivos unfiltered oil
Included in the experience price: 2 nights’ accommodation with continental breakfast for two each morning; a guided tour of our organic olive groves; one morning harvesting olives with Claire and Ed, followed by a trip to the local mill with the collected olives. All participants take home a bottle of unfiltered olive oil from the new harvest and Casa de Olivos olive harvest caps.

Centuries of history at your reach
The Royal Sanctuary is the vestige of the passage through Traiguera of the orders of Montesa and the Hospitallers.
In 2007 it was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest with the category of monument.
It has its origin in the 14th century, the period of maximum splendor being in the 16th century.
It is the only one with the category of Royal of the province, granted by Charles V in 1542, renewed by Felipe II and confirmed by the Papal Bull in 1555.
