With our first few harvests under our belts, we are looking forward to the harvest of 2024 when we can use our honed skilled to bring in a bumper crop of olives from our 120 mixed variety olive trees.

The Mediterranean fresh food diet is proven for heart health and longevity, and olive oil - rich in antioxidants, is key to this.
Casa de Olivos Olive Oil is made from olives picked from the trees - not all oil is... surprising a lot is made from olives that have dropped from the trees and are collected from the ground!
Our mixed variety of olives gives a depth of flavour to the oil, with olives being a various stages of ripeness when picked. The freshness of the olives means the oil is full of flavour and nutrients.
The olives are pressed at the local mill in Traiguera, just at the bottom of our road, and we bottle and label ourselves. Keeping all process under our control and locality.
Olive Harvest Experience
If you’ve ever wondered how olive oil is made, this experience is for you. Take part in the Casa de Olivos olive harvest on our own organic groves. Take the harvest to the local mill ready for pressing, and collect your very own bottle of Casa de Olivos unfiltered oil.
Included in the experience price:
2 nights’ accommodation with continental breakfast for two each morning; a guided tour of our organic olive groves; one morning harvesting olives with Claire and Ed, followed by a trip to the local mill with the collected olives. All participants take home a bottle of unfiltered olive oil from the new harvest and Casa de Olivos olive harvest caps.
